DESTINATION - LADAKH

Brief About Ladakh

The jagged mountains entail rough climate and some of world’s best trekking paths; Ladakh is a sure shot land of survivors. Monasteries that dot the region teach humility and the rigorous trek teaches the tact to overcome impossibilities. Nestled between the Himalayan Range and the Karakoram Range, Ladakh sprinkles its magic over the entire Jammu & Kashmir region. The pious lake trinity (Pangong Tso, Tso Moriri and Tso Kar) and the dizzying altitude of Khardung-la paint the incredible canvas of contrast. The vibrant festival celebrations savor the taste of rich culture marking Ladakh as a unique place.

A trekker’s paradise, a haven for nature aficionados and the crown of the Indian peninsula, Ladakh preserves relics of great Indian history and shower blessings from its alpine mountains. Rummaging barrels of nature’s most enigmatic survival principles, it is a land of opportunity, wisdom and adventure. Ladakh is also a melting point for the photography genus, the unmatched beauty of the landscape and the pretty faces of the gentle race present an incredible prospect for photography masterpieces.

The little Tibet or Ladakh that falls in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir completes the picture of the Indian peninsula. Regarded as the highest plateau (3000m) that accompanies the Himalayan Ranges in south and Karakoram mountain ranges in the north, Ladakh has emerged as one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. With Leh as its largest city, the Moonland has an exotic and unique landscape.

Leh has come up with a much praised destination for many people in India as its landscape and bluish lakes will offer unique Leh tour packages with an experience that you will hardly feel at other places in India.
